Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Social Security Assistant. The details of the recruitment are as follows:-
Name of the post and No. of Vacancies:
Social Security Assistant: 1943 posts,
Pay Scale: Pay Band - I Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.2400/-,
Educational Qualifications: The candidates those who are applying for the above mentioned posts need to have a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent to it.
Other Qualifications: The candidate need to possess a speed of 5000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Age Limit: The age limit is between 18 to 27 years as on 9th of March 2012. Age relaxation is applicable to certain category candidates as per rules (Please refer the link mentioned below for more details).
Application Fees: Rs.90/- for SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen and Rs.315/- for all other.
Last date for Online Registration: 9th of March, 2012.
Last date for Depositing Application Fees: 8th March, 2012
Last date for Downloading Call Letters: 15th March, 2012
Date of Written Examination: 15th March, 2012 i.e. is on Sunday.
