Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) invites applications for the recruitment of Officers' Cadre and Non teaching posts for the year 2011- 2012. The details of the vacancy are follows:-
Name of the post and No. of Vacancies with Pay Scale:
1. Principal: 50 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs.7600/-,
2. Administrative Officer: 4 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs.5400/-,
3. Finance Officer: 1 post, Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade pay of Rs.4600/-,
4. Assistant: 79 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade pay of Rs.4200/-,
5. Upper Division Clerks: 75 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.2400/-,
6. Lower Division Clerks: 168 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.1900/-,
Age Limit: The age limit of the candidates applying for the post no. 1 is between 35 to 50 years, for post no. 2 is 45 years, for post no.3 and 4 is 35 years, for post no. 5 is 30 years and for post no. 6 is 27 years. Age relaxation as per rules is applicable for certain category candidates.
Educational Qualifications: The candidates applying for post 1 need to have Master's degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate and B.Ed or equivalent degree. The candidate those who are applying for the post of Administrative officer need to be a graduate, for post no. 3, the candidate must have completed his B.Com with 50% marks in aggregate or M.Com with 50% marks, for post no. 4 and 5, the candidate need to be a graduate, for post no. 6 the candidates must passed Class XII examination or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
